摘要: 针对带碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)箍环整体叶盘结构,对其强度和低循环疲劳寿命进行了数值分析和试验研究。首先,在进行CFRP力学行为数值模拟和性能测试的基础上,进行了带箍环整体叶盘应力应变分析、振动特性分析和低循环疲劳寿命预测。其次,成功地完成了叶盘的应变测量、模态试验和低循环疲劳试验。最后,数值分析与试验数据的对比分析表明二者吻合较好,从而验证了上述数值分析方法的有效性。

Abstract: Numerical analysis and experimental investigation were carried out to study the strength and low cycle fatigue life of the BLISK with carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP) ring.Firstly,based on the mechanical behavior analysis and properties test of CFRP,the numerical analysis on the stress-strain,vibration modal and LCF life of the BLISK with CFRP ring were presented.Secondly,strain measure,modal test and LCF spin test were performed successfully.Finally,the comparison of the numerical results with the experimental data shows good consistency.
