摘要: 为开展燃烧室的传热特性等研究,采用了以紫铜作为材料的容热式推力室身部,通过测量热试车过程中身部壁温,来获得推力室内壁温度、热流沿轴向的分布。为测量数据设计了数据处理方法,以利用测得的温度值获得内壁温和热流值,且进行了主要误差估计。将该方法在气气喷注器推力室上进行了应用,研究了其传热特性。

Abstract: In order to investigate the injector heat transfer characteristics,a method of measuring a series of wall temperature in cooper heat sink chamber was discussed.The temperatures and heat flux of the injector face and the hot-gas-wall of chamber can be obtained.The key parameters of the test article were presented,and technique requirements of the temperature sensor were described.A numerical calculation method was developed for this method to obtain the hot-gas-wall temperature and heat flux.And an application of this method on a gas-gas shear-coaxial injector hot-test was demonstrated.
