双V型火焰稳定器的研制和应用

摘要: 双V型火焰稳定器是一种结构新颖的低阻火焰稳定器,具有点火性能好,流动损失小,燃烧效率高等优点,其应用改善了发动机的总体性能,提高了发动机空中接通加力的可靠性。叙述了双V型火焰稳定器的工作机理,性能增益,研制和应用情况。

Abstract: The double V type flame stabilizer is an advanced low drag stabilizer constructed with a big V type stabilizer overlapping to a small V type one. Since intake air passes through the nose gap between the two circular parts, better ignition perfermance, lower the stream flow drag loss, improved the afterburning efficiency, lower skin temprature, and leaner blowout boundary will be achieved. By this type of flame stabilizer, the turbojet engine afterburn system will get general perfermance improved, and also the reliability in flight increased. For this flame stabilizer more than 40 stand rig tests 10 tests in aircraft and 8 tests in flight have been conducted. Besides, size modification and manufacturing processing have also been carried out. This flame stabilizer was employed in using turbojet engine with a small batch in 1986-1987. It is proved that the double V type flame stabilizer has satisfactory perfermance and reliable construction.
