摘要: 微小燃烧室设计技术是微型涡轮发动机核心技术之一。研制成功了一款微小型叶片式甩油盘燃烧室,对研制过程进行分析,突破的关键设计技术有:火焰筒容积应足够大,保证停留时间不低于5ms,容热强度在经验范围内;合理设计甩油盘,保证全工况雾化质量良好;构造多涡小涡的主燃区流场结构,控制射流强度和深度;合理分配流量,主燃区稍富油,其后采取小气量逐渐进气方式给气。

Abstract: The design and manufacture of micro combustors are important for the micro turbo engines. The study development of a micro annular combustor with a slinger injector with vanes has been performed. A thorough investigation was conducted on several key technologies of combustor design,including a fairly large flame tube,to ensure more than 5ms residence time,and proper volumetric heat density,good atomization performance in the whole operation range,a group of small vortexes in the primary combustion zone,with appropriate air injecting depth,reasonable flow distribution,fuel rich in the primary combustion zone,and multi-stage air injections after that.
