摘要: 以故障分析为目的,建立了一种大型泵压式液体火箭发动机的基本数学模型及实时数学模型,采用历史数据统计及数字仿真分析相结合的方法,对发动机的故障模式及其效应进行了分析研究,提出了液体火箭发动机故障诊断系统的框架。为了对液体火箭发动机健康监控的算法及软件进行验证,以实时数学模型为基础,提出并建立了一个实时仿真验证系统。

Abstract: Failure mode analysis is the basis of the health monitoring technique of liquidpropellant rocket engines. Because there are very limited test data available, mathematical medel mustbe developed for the simulation of the failure response of liquid propellant rocket engines. Precise andreal-time failure simulation models of a large scale pump feed liquid propelIant rocket engines aredevel0ped. Both statistical metheds on the basis 0f test data and simulation analytical metheds areused for the study of the engine failure mede and failure response. Failure detection and diagnosisframework of the engine systems is developed. On the basis of real-time simulation medel, a validationsystem f0r failure diagnosis algorithms is constructed.
