硼镁高能贫氧推进剂的能量分析

摘要: 对硼镁高能贫氧推进剂的能量特性进行了系统的理论分析研究,并探讨了高能组分对该类贫氧推进剂能量性能的影响。研究结果表明,在硼镁高能贫氧推进剂中减少镁粉含量(或增加硼粉含量),贫氧推进剂的比冲升高。在一定范围内,增加混气比有助于提高固体火箭冲压发动机的比冲。硼镁贫氧推进剂中采用CL-20等高能组分可以显著提高其能量。而采用叠氮类含能粘合剂取代惰性粘合剂时,对提高贫氧推进剂的能量不利。

Abstract: Based on the thermodynamics calculation results,the performance characteristics of boron magnesium fuel rich propellants were investigatedThe action of high energy ingredients on performance of the propellants was also studiedThe results show that increasing the boron content or decreasing the magnesium content results in the specific impulse increase of the propellantThe specific impulse will increase with the air to fuel ratioThe addition of high energetic ingredients such as the CL 20,will greatly increase the specific impulse of the propellantHowever,the substitution of the energetic binder for the inert hydrocarbon binder will result in the decrease of the specific impulse of the propellant
