设计工况下反弯叶栅出口流场的实验研究

摘要: 采用五孔探针对常规直叶栅、正弯叶栅及反弯叶栅的出口流场进行了详细实验研究,结果表明反弯叶片能够减少叶片两端负荷,从而改善了两端壁区域的流动,采用反弯叶片可有效地减少叶栅中流动损失,提高叶栅流通能力,因此反弯叶片可望用于改善压气机的流动性能。

Abstract: Detailed experimental investigation was performed with three compressor cascades at zero incidence,that were a straight compressor cascade,a positive curved compressor cascade and a negative curved compressor cascade,respectively.The cascade exit flow fields were surveyed with a five hole probe.The experimental results show that the negative curved blade can reduced the energy loss,has a good flow ability and is useful for improving the end wall flow property by decreasing the two end loadings.Therefore the negative curving is a perspective and effictive way to improve compressor performance.
