摘要: 针对某型发动机二级涡轮盘榫齿裂纹故障,设计了一套新型试验加载方案,对涡轮盘枞树型榫槽进行了高温复合疲劳试验研究,得出了多通道传力结构的复合疲劳裂纹扩展规律,进而对比了轻、重两种腐蚀状态的涡轮盘榫齿高温复合疲劳寿命,给出了重腐蚀盘较轻腐蚀盘的寿命明显降低,且分散性大的结论,为制订轮盘腐蚀判废标准提供了依据。

Abstract: Using a new low and high cycle noninterfering loading method,a experimental system of Low and High Cycle Combined Fatigue(L HCCF)at elevated temperature was established.Through the real time crack detection of the first tooth,the crack propagation law of fir tree mortise was obtained.Then,under two vibration frequency(50Hz and 100Hz),the contrast fatigue life experiment of light and serious corrosive disc mortise was done.The experimental results which can be used to draw up the corrosive scrapped criterion of this disc show that the experimental L HCCF life of serious corrosive disc is less than that of light′s and its dispersion is larger
