Abstract: Effect of the enhancement of the intermolecular force on the mechanical properties improvment of the azide polyurethane elastomers was studied The tensile strength/elongation at break of GAP,which was cured by HDI trimer containing isocyanurate group was 0 66 MPa/127 2% The tensile strength of GAP elastomer was stronger when GAP blended with APP,an azide polyether polyol containing group of strong polarity IR spectrum showed that the stronger the hydrogen bond was ,the better the mechanical properties of azide polyurethane elstomer were

摘要: 研究了加强分子间作用力对提高叠氮聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响。以 HDI三聚体为固化剂的 GAP聚叠氮缩水甘油醚弹性体的拉伸强度 /断裂伸长率为 0 .66MPa/ 1 2 7.2 %。 GAP与含强极性基团的叠氮聚醚 APP共混 ,弹性体的拉伸强度随 APP用量增加而增加。红外谱图显示 ,氢键作用越强 ,弹性体力学性能越好
