Abstract: The computation of critical rotation speed is one of the important issues in the design for turbo pump rotor bearing system.The moving equations for shaft and rigid disk were given by way of analyzing the force acted on them.The force acted on shaft by the bearing and sealing components was treated as nodal force.Then,the moving equations for rotor systems were obtained.The solution for real eigenvalue problem gave out the critical rotation speed.The computational examples demonstrated the correctness,validity and high precision of the current method.

摘要: 通过对轴段和盘的受力分析得出轴段和盘单元的运动方程 ,把支承和密封对轴的作用力按节点力处理 ,再由单元运动方程综合出转子系统的运动方程。求解临界转速归结为实数特征值的计算 ,并以计算实例验证了有限元法的正确性、有效性和准确性
