催化硝胺推进剂的高压热分解及燃烧性能

Abstract: The burning and high pressure thermal decomposition behavior of a typical nitrate propellant with and without catalysts was studied Lead salt and copper salt moved up the thermal pyrolysis at 5MPa, but carbon black did not Lead salt and copper salt and carbon black increased this trend and also increased the reaction rate of nitrate propellants in temperature scope from 191 7 ℃ to 239 5 ℃,and this is the reason of the burning rate increase Δ H /Δ T had some relation to the burning rate The higher the Δ H /Δ T , the higher the burning rate

摘要: 选择了一种典型硝胺推进剂 ,研究了加入不同的催化剂后燃烧性能的变化及样品高压DSC热分解行为。发现铅盐以及铜盐使硝胺推进剂在 5MPa下的分解反应提前完成 ,热焓增加 ,碳黑的加入不产生该趋势 ,但三元复合催化剂加剧了此作用 ;三元复合催化剂使该硝胺推进剂在 191 7°C到 2 39 5°C的分解反应速度提高 ,这一区域放热的增加正是燃速提高的原因。参量ΔH与ΔT之比ΔH/ΔT与推进剂燃速之间有关联 ,ΔH/ΔT越大 ,燃速越高
