液体火箭发动机数值模拟的计算模型建立方法

Abstract: A simple and flexible method was presented for the calculation model establishment used in LRE numerical simulation. By adopting this method, the original program does not need to be modified. A new engine project can be studied by setting up the corresponding input files only. Compared with other methods, the basic unit of this mathematical model established through this way was not the components of engine but the formula of the mathematical model. The results of static characteristic simulation and fault simulation of gas oxygen alcohol test bed were also given, which demonstrates that the method is easy to use, smaller in calculational quantity and faster in calculational rate.

摘要: 提出了一种较为简单、灵活的用于液体火箭发动机数值模拟的计算模型建立方法,不需要改变编写过的软件,只要建立相应的输入文件,就可以对新的发动机方案进行研究。和其它方法相比,所建立的计算模型不是以发动机部件为基本单位,而是基于数学模型中的方程。利用该方法编写了发动机静态特性仿真软件,并对一个气氧 酒精试验台作了静态特性和稳态故障仿真。结果表明,仿真软件使用灵活,计算量小,求解速度快。
