吸热型碳氢燃料的热裂解及混合催化裂解性能

Abstract: USHY, HZSM-5 and mixture of them were employed as catalysts separately in finding out better property catalysts used in the cracking of endothermic hydrocarbon fuel. In catalytic cracking process, compared with thermal cracking, cracking temperature of endothermic hydrocarbon fuel could be decreased, so its endothermic capability could be increased effectively. The mixture of USHY + HZSM-5 (75:25) showed the best comprehensive property in cracking conversion and selectivity of all small olefin among all catalysts.

摘要: 为筛选出性能优良的吸热型碳氢燃料催化裂解催化剂,分别以USHY,HZSM—5单分子筛和它们的混合分子筛为催化剂,考察了吸热型碳氢燃料的催化裂解性能,并与热裂解进行对比。结果表明:催化裂解可显著降低吸热型碳氢燃料发生裂解反应的温度,提高其吸热能效。几种催化剂中,含25%HZSM—5的混合催化剂上的裂解转化率和低碳烯烃选择性的综合性能最优良。
