基于差分进化算法的涡喷发动机增推研究

Abstract: Parametric analysis of performance,such as thrust,specific fuel consumption (sfc),was performed by changing one of 6 variables,which based on a component-level static model of certain small single-spool turbojet built before. Thereafter,the optimal combination of 6 variables which maximize thrust of the turbojet with a given limitation was found using differential evolution algorithm(DE). The method is flexible because of the variety of the given limitation and optimization objective. The simulation result demonstrates that thrust of the turbojet can increase over 25% with a limitation by varying the 6 parameters such as pressure ratio,corrected mass flow and adiabatic efficiency of the compressor using DE. The limitation is that the rotor speed keeps constant,the total temperature before the turbine is not out of given maximum value,surge margin of the compressor does not decrease,sfc does not increase.

摘要: 根据已建立的小型单轴涡喷发动机部件级稳态模型,采用单变量法,分析各部件特性参数变化对发动机推力、耗油率等性能参数的影响。通过差分进化算法对各变化参数进行优化,找出在满足给定限制条件下使性能达到最优的参数调整组合。由于给定的限制条件以及优化目标可以灵活多变,使得该方法在增推优化以及其它改型方面具有很好的灵活性。计算结果表明,在转速不变,涡轮前总温不超过允许值,压气机喘振裕度不降低,耗油率不升高的条件下改进压气机的压比、换算流量、以及效率等参数,能使发动机推力增加25%以上。
