20cm离子推力器飞行试验工作性能评价

Abstract: The flight test of 20cm ion thruster on SJ-9A satellite has been performed and the evaluation of its flight test result is necessary in order to offer the reference of follow-up applications. The flight data of the ion thruster are processed and analyzed. The evaluation of the operating performance is entirely implemented to the ion thruster in comparison with ground test data.The results of the evaluation indicate that the each operating parameter satisfies the corresponding design requirements of the ion thruster in the entire flight test period,in which its thrust is from 38 to 39.2mN,the specific impulse is from 2900 to 3200s and the power below 1080W. In addition,the flight test data are comparatively consistent with the ground data.

摘要: 20cm离子推力器在SJ-9A新技术试验卫星上的飞行试验已经结束,为了检验飞行试验的有效性,十分有必要对离子推力器在轨工作性能进行全面分析评价,以便为后续空间应用提供依据。利用在轨获得的试验数据对离子推力器主要工作参数进行了分析,并通过与地面试验数据进行对比,系统性的评价了其工作性能。评价结果表明,在整个飞行试验期间离子推力器各项工作性能参数符合设计指标要求,其中推力在38~39.2mN,比冲在2900~3200s,功耗小于设计值1080W。飞行数据与地面试验数据吻合很好。
