非均匀来流条件下螺旋桨诱导的脉动压力变化特性试验研究

Abstract: In order to investigate the variation characteristics of the pressure fluctuations induced by a propellerwith change of the advance coefficient,the pressure sensor and LMS Test.Lab acquisition system are employed while the pressure fluctuations are experimentally studied on a 7-blade high-skewed propeller and a 3-blade conventional propeller innon-uniform flow. The results show that the first four orders of the blade frequency humorous components of the pressure fluctuations induced by the 7-blade high-skewed propeller and the first two orders of the blade frequency humorous components of the pressure fluctuations induced by the 3-blade conventional propeller decrease first and then increases with the growth of the advance coefficient. The advance coefficients corresponding to the minimum value of the blade frequency humorous components of the two propellers are approximately 1.1 and 0.85,respectively.For the 3-blade conventional propeller,the third order and the fourth order of the blade frequency humorous components of the pressure fluctuations presents a gradually increasing variation trend when the advance coefficient increases. Through mathematical regression analysis,the first order of the blade frequency humorous components corresponding to the 7-blade high-skewed propeller and the 3-blade conventional propeller have quadratic functional relations with the advance coefficient.

摘要: 为了研究螺旋桨诱导的脉动压力随进速系数的变化特性,采用压力传感器和LMSTest.Lab采集系统,对非均匀来流条件下七叶大侧斜螺旋桨和三叶常规螺旋桨诱导的脉动压力进行了试验研究。结果表明,七叶大侧斜螺旋桨脉动压力的前四阶叶频谐调分量及三叶常规螺旋桨脉动压力的前两阶叶频谐调分量均随进速系数的增大先减小后增大,两螺旋桨叶频谐调分量最小值所对应的进速系数分别为1.1和0.85左右,而三叶常规螺旋桨诱导的脉动压力的三阶和四阶叶频谐调分量随进速系数的增大整体呈现出逐渐增大的变化趋势;通过数学回归分析方法研究,七叶大侧斜螺旋桨和三叶常规螺旋桨诱导的脉动压力一阶叶频谐调分量与进速系数均呈二次函数变化关系。
