二聚脂肪酸二异氰酸酯及其应用

Abstract: The preparation method and properties of dimeryl diisocyanate (DDI) and its apptication for military and civil purposes are described in this paper. DDI is characterized by lower toxicibility, low vapor pressure, and insensibility to moisture,so its preparation of DDI is simpler and easier than that of IPDI (Isophoro-ne dissocyanate) and harmless to persons. The propellant containing DDI possess the long pot time of slurry, high mechanical properties at low temperature and low burning rate pressure exponents (compared with IPDI). In the com mercial applications, tne polyurea coatings and the elastomers with DDI have the advantages of all weather operation, waterproof and aging resistance.

摘要: 本文综述了二聚脂肪酸二异氰酸酯(DDI)的制备方法、性能及其在军、民上的应用.DDI具有低毒、低蒸气压和对水不敏感等特点,制备方法简便.用作丁羟推进剂的固化剂,推进剂具有长的工艺使用期、好的低温力学性能和低的燃速压力指数.由DDI制作的聚脲涂料和弹性体有好的耐气候、耐磨和耐老化等优点.
