弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器减振实验研究

Experimental Study on Vibration Reducing Effect of Elastic Ring Squeeze Film Damper

摘要: 为研究弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器(ERSFD)的减振效果,建立了可更换不同参数弹性环的转子实验系统,开展了ERSFD的减振效果验证实验,并对实验结果进行了对比和分析。研究结果表明:ERSFD对转子具有较明显的减振作用。供油前后转子系统的各阶临界转速相对变化不超过4.63%,说明ERSFD的油膜不会明显改变转子系统模态。ERSFD的减振效果随着ERSFD的参数变化而变化,并且对转子不同阶模态,减振效果也不同。影响ERSFD减振效果的参数较多,需要进行ERSFD与转子系统的参数优化设计。

Abstract: In order to investigate the dynamic features of elastic ring squeeze film damper (ERSFD) reducing vibrations of rotors, a test rig simulating a rotor system with ERSFDs was established, in which the elastic ring could be replaced by one with different parameters. Experiments testing the vibration reducing effect of ERSFD were conducted, and the results were compared and analysed. The experimental results reveal that ERSFD is effective for reducing vibration of a rotor system. The relative change of critical speed at each order with lubricating oil supplied into ERSFDs is not more than 4.63%, which indicates that the oil film in ERSFD will not change the modes of the rotor system obviously. The vibration reducing effect of ERSFD varies with parameters of ERSFD,and it is different on different modes of the rotor system. There are a number of factors that may have impact on the vibration reducing effect of ERSFD, and thus an optimization design of ERSFD with rotor system is essential.
