摘要: 本文以线弹性薄膜理论为基础对固休火箭发动机玻璃钢筒体内压下变形,同时应用最小余能原理对其破坏强度问题分别进行了理论分析与计算.通过对全尺寸壳体的变形测试和爆破压力试验,以及对标准容器进行的批量爆破试验,证实理论分析基本符合试验结果.

Abstract: In present paper, the deformation and the burst strength of solid rocket motor cylinders (SRMC) made of glass-fiber reinforced plastics ( GFRP) are analysed based on the theory of linear film elasticity and the principle of minimum complementary strain energy espeotively,The measurements on deflections and burst pressures of full--size cases and of different size soandard vessels are conformed with the theoretioally calcutlated results very well.
