摘要: 本文研究了无机填料NH4Cl04(AP)的浓度对端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)单轴拉伸的应力-应变特性、拉伸强度、断裂伸长和拉伸模量的影响.根据Mooney-Revilin方程和非高斯链的弹性统计理论,提出了填充弹性体的半经验交联-缠结-非高斯链三相网络模型.理论计算与实验结果基本一致.用扫描电子显微镜观察了试样断裂面的形态,证实了实验的结论.

Abstract: The effects of NH4C104concentration on stress-strain behavior,tensile atrength, elongation,tensile moduli of hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene are inve-stgated in this paper.Based on Mooney-Revilin equation and theory of non-Gaussian statistics a semiempirical crosslink-entanglement-non-Gaussian-chain model of filling elastomers is presented. The calculation results are in accordance with the experimental results well.The rupture formations of samples photographed by electronic-scanning microscope corroborate the experimental results.
