摘要: 本文介绍了含能添加剂二硝基哌嗪(DNP)在无烟推进剂中应用的情况.指出,与RDX相比它具有压力指数小(出现平台和麦沙燃烧)、平台压力区宽的优良燃烧特性.也对DNP含量、RDX/DNP含量比、催化剂品种及含量等因素对配方能量、压力指数、燃速、烟雾和物理化学安定性等的影响进行了实验研究,并得出必要的结论.

Abstract: The application of energetic addition N, N1-dinitropiperazine(DNP) in the smokeless propellant is introduced in this paper.It is shown thatDNP has excellent burning performance due to smaller pressure exponent(plateauor mesa combustion) and wider plateau pressure range, as compared with RDX inpropellant.A experimental study on effects of DNP content, RDX/DNP contentratio, catalyst variety and content etc.on performance, pressure exponent, burningrate, physicochemical stability and smoke properties of propellant is conducted.
