摘要: 液体双组元变推力火箭发动机单针阀喷注器,具有快速响应等明显优势,但同时存在组元比偏差过大和关机不可靠两个固有缺点.本文在分析研究其流量特性的基础上,对单针阀喷注器进行了改进设计,提出了双针阀方案,克服了上述两个缺点.

Abstract: The injector with a pin throttle in liquid bipropellant thrust-variable rocket engines has the superiority of fast response and the disadvantages of high mixture ratio deviation and unreliable shutdown. In this paper, a simple a-nd reliable design of the injector able to overcome the disadvantages mentioned above is presented based on the analysis of its flow characteristics, which is experimentally proved reasonable and reliable.
