摘要: 本文介绍了一种燃速仪压强的自动控制方案.这种方案结构简单,工作可靠.经过燃速实验测定,在4MPa压强时,其压强波动相对误差小于±1%.该方案应用于固体推进剂中止实验时,没有废气回流污染中止表面,也不影响降压速率的测量.

Abstract: A method about the automatic control of pressure in combustion bomb is presented in this paper. This very simple and reliable equipment consists of six parts: standard voltage, pressure sensor, arithmetic amplifier, power amplifier, relay and electromagnetism valve. The signal from the pressure sensor is compared with the standard voltage and potential difference is amplified by the power amplifier to control the relay thus to control the electromagnetism valve. The relative error of pressure fluctuation under 4MPa is between -1.0% and + 1.0%. When this method is used in depressurization extinguishment of solid pro-pellaht, there is no wasts gas back-flow to pollute the extinguished surface, and no effect on the measurement of depressurization rate.
