摘要: 本文介绍进口流场畸变对发动机稳定性的影响.文章针对某型双轴涡喷发动机在湍流型动态畸变流场条件下压气机喘振放炮的实例,重点分析了该发动机在高空台喘振放炮的原因及其排除故障的方法.增设气动格栅和收敛段整流装置可使进口流场较为均匀,使涡喷发动机在高空台地面进气流场下工作稳定可靠.

Abstract: The effect of inlet flow field distortion on the stability of a twin-spool turbojet and the surge-trouble shooting of a twin-spool turbojet engine tested at a high altitude test facility are discussed in this paper.A FFT signal processor is provided for the signal analysis and diagnosis of surge in a twin-spool turbojet engine test. The experimental investigation of surge under a turbulent dynamic inlet distortion condition was performed with the emphasis on the cause analysing and the surgetrouble shooting in a turbojet engine test at a high altitude test facility .From the FFT analysis some conclusions can be drawn. Most of surge in a turbojet compressor under turbulent dynamic inlet distortion conditions is "drift-mode" surge which appears at random.The turbojet is far more sensitive to dynamic inlet distortion than to steady inlet distortion.A unique structure of aerodynamic-gird and converging section for flow stabilization is most effective for improving the inlet flow field in a test facility.
