固体火箭发动机圆柱壳体的可靠性设计

摘要: 文中分析了“传统安全系数法”在产品结构设计中存在的问题,采用可靠性设计的必要性和意义。根据载荷与强度数据的随机性,以概率统计为理论基础,建立了可靠性设计基本方程;并引入了“可靠性安全系数”,使可靠性设计标准化和简单化。因此,可靠性设计是一种更严格、实用的设计方法。它不仅克服了传统安全系数的不确切性或盲目性,而且具有类似于传统安全系数设计的方便性。 文中还以某固体火箭发动机为实例,对燃烧室壳体进行了可靠性设计。

Abstract: Problem in cylindrical case structure design is discussed in this paper. It is necessary and significant to use reliability concept. According to probability of load and strength data, based on the theory of probability statistic, fundamental equations of reliability safety coefficient is introdu-ced, which makes reliability design standard and simple. Therefore, the reliability design is as convenient as conventional one, and is one of the more strict and practical design method. Also, it improves the inaccuracy of traditional safety coefficient.
