摘要: 建立了低比转速LRE离心泵机组性能预测的数学模型,用该模型对10种LRE离心泵进行了性能预测,效率和扬程的预测值和试验值之间的相对误差均在4%之内。用该模型对AM-7H泵、O泵和AM-1R泵和AM-50泵进行了以效率为目标函数的优化设计,结果表明:在保证系统具有高汽蚀性能的前题下,这四种泵的效率可分别提高6.5%、5.22%、5.2%和4.41%。

Abstract: In this paper a mathematic model for performance prediction of low-specific-speed LRE centrifugal pumps is presented. The predicted performance are in agreement with experimental results -within 3 ~ 4 %. By using P-H method, the optimum design of LRE centrifugal pumps shows that efficiency for pump model AYE-73LOX, AYE-73LHa, AYE-75LOX and AYE-1R can be increased 5.2, 6.5, 4.41 and 5.22 percent respectively.
