摘要: 文中对固体火箭发动机衬层技术的研究现状和进展作了综述。指出提高粘接性能是衬层技术研究的重点,衬层的多功能化是今后的发展方向。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the latest advance of liner techniques. In order to meet the needs of design and application in the engine, and to prevent from poor bonding, the liner compositions and techniques that can improve the adhesive performance must be investigated. Two methods are introduced in this paper. One is chemical. The adhesion strength of adhesive between propellant and case or insulator can be greatly increased by means of the liner containing dimer isocyanate or terminal blocking agent. Another is mechnical.On the basis of high adhesive properties of the liner layer, the advance in research of liners with special functions for rocket engine will also be made. The ideal liner will have good adhesive properties, as well as insulating functions, no smocking, shielding etc. The multifunction liner in the solid rocket engine will be developed in the future.
