星孔药柱设计研究

摘要: 推导了星孔药柱尾部装药和剩药燃面计算公式,提出了采用粗略内弹道计算优选药柱参数的设计方法,应用改进的一维准定常流动模型进行了精确内弹道计算,并与实验值进行了比较。计算结果和实验结果十分吻合,压强相对误差小于5%。本文提出的设计方法已成功应用于发动机设计中,大大减少了实验次数,节省了研制经费。本方法可适合于其它内孔燃烧发动机的装药设计。

Abstract: In this paper the formulate for calculating burning surface of remanent grain or aft end grain is presented. A new design nethod for optimizing grain parameters by means of rough internal ballistic calculat ion is discribed.Accurate internal ballistic calculation is performed by one dimensional quasi-steady flow model. The calculation results of pressure agree with the measured results within 5 percent. The method has been successfully appliec to motor design and is apropriate to other internal burning grain motor design. Tne application of the method will reduce experiments greatly and save a lot of research funds.
