Abstract: In this paper, the cooling back fuselage structure is investigated through model experiment with sucking outside cool air into the airplane cabin due to the ejection effect of aeroengine jet exhaust. The ejected air will mix with the jet exhaust aft the aircraft tail cup, and the resulted effect on the infrared radiation, noise and propulsive force of the exhaust is investigated.
