摘要: 综述了大量有关丁羟聚氨酯弹性体结构与力学性能关系的主要资料,指出,在丁羟聚氨酯弹性体中存在有微相分离的形态结构,这种结构与其力学性能密切相关。研究丁羟聚氨酯弹性体结构与力学性能的关系,对进一步提高丁羟推进剂或聚氨酯推进剂的力学性能具有指导意义。

Abstract: In this paper, a lot of literature have been reviewed about the relationship between the structure and the mechanical properties of hydroxy terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) polyurethanes. All literature show that the morphology of the HTPB polyurethanes includes a microphase segregation structure, which dominates its mechanical properties. It’s essential to investigate the relationships for further improving the mechanical properties of the HTPB or polyurethane propellants.
