醇胺类助剂在铝粉/丁羟复合物中作用机理研究

摘要: 用单向拉伸、溶胶凝胶分离、交联密度测试、动态力学分析等实验手段,研究了醇胺类助剂在铝粉/丁羟复合物中的作用。结果表明:醇胺类助剂加入复合物后显著改善其力学性能。三乙醇胺通过改变粘合剂相的形态结构能改善丁羟复合物的低温力学性能;醇胺与三氟化硼的反应产物能有效地提高该复合物在宽广温度范围内的力学性能,因为它的加入改善了复合物中丁羟粘合剂相的网络和形态结构。

Abstract: The behaving of ethanolamine additives in Al/HTPB composites has been investigated utilizing the means of tensile testing, chemical analysis, dynamic mechanical measurements, etc. The experiments show that ethanolamine additives added to the composites improve their mechanical properties remarkably. Tri-ethanolamine can improve their low temperature mechanical properties by changing the morphological structure of binder matrix; Whereas the reaction products of ethanolamine with boron trifluoride are able to increase the mechanical properties of the composites evidently in wide temperature range because the products ameliorate the network and morphological structure of binder matrix.
