偶联剂MAPO提高HTPB推进剂延伸率的机理研究

摘要: 用单轴拉伸和红外光谱法研究偶联剂MAPO在HTPB/AP/Al推进剂中的作用。实验结果表明:MAPO能提高HTPB推进剂的强度和起始模量,并不提高延伸率。MAPO提高延伸率是和配方中相应扩链剂配合的协同结果。二胺类化合物FL和MAPO匹配可提高HTPB推进剂延伸率。用比较拉伸贮能的方法可探索推进剂内部结构的变化。

Abstract: By means of uniaxial testing and iR spectrograph, the function of coupling agent MAPO in the HTPB/AP/AI propellant was studied. Experiment results indicated that the tensile strenght and initial modulus increase by using MAPO in the HTPB propellant, but not the ultimate strain. The increasing of ultimate strain of HTPB propellant containing coupling agent MAPO resulted from the synergism of chain extender such as diamines FL. By comparing the storge of tensile testing, the variance of HTPB propellant internal structure was also discussed.
