摘要: 在总结团体火箭发动机试验架的设计、性能试验与使用的基础上,介绍了试验架的静态性能及动态性能试验系统的组成、技术要求、操作程序和数据处理方法。作为非标准机械设备的试验架,是固体火箭发动机静止试验中推力测试的主要误差源,控制这一环节,为提高固体火箭发动机推力测试的准确性提供了保证。

Abstract: summary on design, property tests and application experiences oftest rigs used for solid rocket motor is presented in this paper. Measuring systemsof static characteristic and dynamic characteristic of test rigs are also intraduced aswell as their composition, technical requirments, operating procedure and data processing methods. Since the largest error of measured thrust in rig firing tests of solid rocket motors mainly results from the test rig by controlling his error accuracyfor thrust measurement of solid rocket motors would be improved.
