Abstract: eutral Polymeric Bonding Agents (NPBA) as new modifiers were invented by American Kim C S. The bonding agents can notably improve the mechanical properties of NEPE propellants. In this paper, the principle of phase separation for coating of the nityamine particles in the propellants as temperature decreasing was introduced, the method of molecular design and synthesis of NPBA was presented, which was described in details in some examples.
