摘要: 对大流量同轴式喷注器的雾化性能进行了理论和试验研究,建立了喷注器雾化过程的理论模型,提出了应用随机方法来描述液滴初始参数的喷雾模型,并对喷注器下游液雾两相流场进行了数值模拟研究,计算结果和试验结果符合较好,得到了喷注器结构参数和工作参数对其雾化性能的影响规律。

Abstract: heoritical and experimental research work on atomization performaces of large flux coaxial injector was reported in the present paper. The atomization process of injectors was described with a theoritical model. The spray model was put forward by the authors to determine the droplet initial perameters with random method. Numerical simulation of spray two-phase flow downstream from injector was performed with the spray model, and the comparison of calculation and experiments show good agreement.With these models, the influences of injector configures and its working conditions on atomization performances can be assesed. Conclusions obtained in the studies can be used in the future design of injectors.
