摘要: 用动态粘弹谱仪(DDV-Ⅲ-EA)和动态力学热分析仪(DMA-7)研究了HTPB推进剂、预应变老化的HTPB推进剂以及HTPB聚氨酯胶片在-100~100℃范围内的动态力学松驰现象,并用扫描电镜观察了所测材料的形貌。结果表明:常温段(40℃左右)的松驰转变是与推进剂填料粘结的那部分界面层聚合物的分子松驰运动相关,是填料与聚合物相互作用的结果。给出了丁羟推进剂动态力学响应常温段松驰转变的物理模型。

Abstract: This paper studies the dynamic mechanical relaxation of HTPB propellant, aged HTPB propellant loaded strain and HTPB gurnstock by Rheovibron Viscoelastomer DDV-Ⅲ-EA and DMA-7 with testing temperature ranged from -100. To 100 ℃, and observes the microstructure of HTPB propellant meant above by SEM. The results reveal that the a relaxation transition peak is relative to the motion of molecules in interfacial layer bonded to fillers, and filler-polymer interaction. The α relaxation transition model of HTPB propellant is given.
