摘要: 叙述了带药柱缠绕复合材料新工艺。该工艺把药柱、发动机前封头、后封头、包覆层和绝热层组装成组合芯模,然后缠绕成固体燃料燃气发生器。产品质量可靠,气密性试验、抽样常温点火试验以及姿控系统单项试验合格率均为100%。

关键词: 燃气发生器;复合材料;火箭发动机壳体;缠绕工艺

Abstract: his paper describes a new technology of winding grain with compositematerials.In this technology,the grain,fore and aft domes, liner and insulation are assembled into a multipart mandrel which is wound with composite material into a generator.The remarkble advantage of this technology is its reliable quality,but the disadvantages are the dangerous winding process.Threrfore,before the winding process,thegrain performance must be well known and necessary individual test should be carriedout as well as the《Technical Safety Regulations on the Fire Work Preduction 》must bestrictly implemented so as to ensure safety in production.
