摘要: 针对摆动喷管结构轴对称的特点,采用半解析法,选用精度较高的八结点等参数环元,对缠绕复合材料旋转体在非轴对称载荷作用下建立了有限元方程,在微机上采用FORTRAN语言编写了计算程序。通过算例,验证了此种方法的正确性和可行性,应用本文所提供的计算方法和程序,对某型固体火箭发动机缠绕复合材料摆动喷管进行了静力分析,从而给出了喷管静力分析的一种工程计算方法。

Abstract: In this paper,according to the characteristics of nozzle’s axisymmetric structures,the quasi-analytic finite element method is used to establish the axisymmetric 8-name element finite equation of a laminated comPOSite nozzle subjected to asymmetric loading’The computal program with FORTRAN is designed.The correctness and feasibility of the program is validated throgh some examples.Finally,the static computation of a solid rocket swing nozzle is accomplished by using the method and program.A engineering method of movable nozzle’s static computation is presented.
