层板通道流量系数的试验研究

摘要: 针对新一代液体火箭发动机层板式喷注器通道流动的设计,通过改变压降、通道长度、流体粘度,试验测量了厚度0.2mm,0.1mm,0.05mm三种矩形截面层板通道的流量系数,对获得的系列试验数据进行了定性分析,并试验测量了矩形截面直角层板通道的流量系数。

Abstract: n order to design flow passage of platelet injector in a new generation of liquid propellant rocket engine, experimental studies on discharge coefficient of rectangle-cross-section platelet flowpassage with thickness of 0. 2 mm, 0. 1 mm, 0. 05 mm were conducted by varying injection pressure,passage length and liquid viscosity. An qualitative analysis was made on the data obtained by tests.Discharge coefficient of rectangle-cross-section passage with right angle was also measured.
