摘要: 介绍了宇航用活塞式连接分离火工装置(简称火工装置)的特点和工作原理,建立了火工装置分离过程的理论模型,得出了该装置的解锁分离力和分离速度,提出了确定最佳火药量的原则和方法。经试验验证,其方法可以较精确地预示火工装置的性能,具有工程使用价值。

Abstract: The features and working Principle of piston-type firework connection and separationdevices for manned vehicle were introduced in this paper. The separation process of device was described with a theoretical model. The separation force and separation speed during device separationwere obtained. The principle and method for determining the optimum powder mass were discussed.The accuracy of predication performance of devices to has been studied experimentally. The method isof great value to engineering application.
