液体火箭发动机故障模式及分析

摘要: 以国内四种泵压式活体火箭发动机研制历史为基础,提出了发动机常见的故障模式,并进行了初步的故障发生、传播机理和后果分析。重点讨论了涡轮泵和管路的故障模式,并例举了若干典型的管路故障实例;同时简要介绍了阀门、推力室、电缆、摇摆软管的一些基本故障模式。还就新型发动机设计及发动机实施故障检测提出了建议。

Abstract: Some failure modes that frequently happen to the engine are presented based on thedevelopment history of four turbopumpfed rocket engines, and not only failure happening andspreading are described, but also causes and consequences of failure are preliminarily analyzed. Failuremodes of turbopump and pipeline are primarily discussed, some typical examples that pipeline damagesoccurred in engine hot-firing tests are given as well, and failure modes of valve and chamber and cableand fiexible hose assembly are intreduced. deme suggestions are put forward for new engine designingand failure detecting’ Finally, it is pointed out that fault detection system’f0r manned flights isnecessary’
