双基推进剂催化燃烧的实验研究

摘要: 采用近距摄影、扫描电镜、电子探针、X射线衍射、能谱、差热分析、傅里叶红外及变温原位红外分析等多种技术,对以铅、钢化合物和炭黑为催化剂的双基推进刑催化燃烧过程进行实验研究。结果表明,铅盐分解所得的PbO是催化核心物质,而炭黑和锅盐所起的助催化作用在平台区更为明显。

Abstract: Experimental investigations of catalytic combustipn of double base propellantscontained lead compound copper compounds and carbon black as catalysis are conducted usingexperimental techniques of macrophotography, SEM, electron probe, X-ray diffractometer, electronSpectroscopy, DSC, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and variable temperature infraredspectrometer. The test results show that the decompesition preduct of lead salt-PbO is key catalyzer,and the auxiliary catalyzation of carbon black and copper salt is more obvious at plateau Period.
