低速大尺寸传热风洞的研制

摘要: 为进行航空发动机内特别是叶轮机械内的边界层、传热和气膜冷却研究,设计、建造了大尺寸低速回流式风洞。描述了风洞结构和设计中考虑的主要问题。风洞性能测试结果表明,试验段中的气流达到很高的均匀度,不用紊流发生器时可达到很低的紊流度,试验板上的边界层参数和换热系数都和公认的关系式符合良好。

Abstract: A large-scale low-speed close-looped wind tunnel is designed and set up for specialresearch on boundary layer, heat transfer and film cooling in turbomachinery. Some main problemsconsidered in design and construction of the wind tunnel are described in this paper. Themeasuremental results of the wind tunnel show that within the test section the uniformity of air-flowvelocity is quite high and the turbulence intensity could be quite low in condition of no turbulencegenerator. The boundary layer parameters and heat transfer cocfficients agree well with theoretialexpressions.
