直通式蓖齿封严特性的实验研究

摘要: 用实验方法研究了直通式直齿和直通式斜齿在不同的齿类厚度与封严间隙比、齿数和流向的条件下,泄漏量随蓖齿前后压力比的变化规律。得到了几个有价值的结论,提出了计算其泄漏量的经验公式。计算结果与实验数据吻合良好。

Abstract: The influencing factors and correlations for flow parameter of straight-throughlabyrinth and slant labyrinth are investingated in experiments. The factors include the number andshape of restrictions,ratio of the restriction’s thickness to clearance,pressure ratio and flow direction.A number of valuable conclusions have been drawn on the basis of analyses. Empirical expressions forthe leakage are formulated. The agreement of calculation with experimental data is good.
