摘要: 对已二酯二乙二醇聚酯(PDGA)和四氢呋喃环氧乙烷共聚醚(PTE)为粘合剂的XLDB推进剂的力学性能做了综合对比,研究了这两种粘合剂及固化剂结构对推进剂力学性能的影响。结合应用,初步确定了PTE与固化剂N100的特征参数范围,使XLDB推进剂获得了良好的力学性能。

Abstract: The mechanical properties of XLDB propellant with respective polydiglycal adipate(PDGA)and polyoxytetrametylene-co-oxyethylene (PTE ) as binders are synthesized compared witheach other. The effects of both binders and curing agent structure on the mechanical properties of thepropellant are studied. With the application, the characteristic parameters of PET and curing agentN100 are preliminary determined. Therefore, good mechanical properties of XLDB propellant areobtained.
