二元喷管对发动机性能影响的实验研究

摘要: 用涡喷-6发动机,在地面台架上对二元收敛喷管和轴对称收敛喷管进行了发动机性能的对比试验,研究了二元喷管的气动特性和喷口面积的影响。结果表明,二元喷管对发动机推力和耗油率影响不大,在发动机最大状态,二元喷管推力约比轴对称喷管小1.0%,耗油率增加约0.7%。

Abstract: A preliminary research on characteristics of two-dimensional convergent nozzles is conducted. The exhaust pipe of Jet-Engine WP-6 is employed in the research comparing with the axisymmetric nozzle with fixed exit area,a engine fitted with the 2-D convergent nozzle whose exit area can be adjusted within a certain range is tested. The result shows that ① the exit area of the exhaust sensitively effect the thrust,and the decrease in the thrust doesn’t exceed 1. 0% generated by the engine fitted with the 2-D nozzle which has the same exit area as the axisymmetric one,but the fuel-consumption rate increases by 0. 7% at the maximum engine rpm;② the ability for the fluid to pass through the transition duct and convergent rectangular pipe has to some extent been strengthened by the axial vortex generated by the turbine. Therefore, the 2-D nozzle has technical potentiality and application prospect of designing advanced fighters.
