摘要: 针对一种可提高压气机裕度而又不牺牲效率的新型处理机匣,进行了较为系统的几何尺寸优化研究。借助单级轴流压气机实验台,详细地研究了轴向叠合量、容腔尺寸及内置导流片数目对压气机性能的影响,归纳出若干该型处理机匣的设计准则,具有工程实用价值。

Abstract: An experimental investigations have been carried out in the influence of structural parameters of recess vaned casing treatment on the efficiency and the stall margin of an axial flow rotor.Tests were conducted under the condition of different axial positions,number of vanes and different length of the casing treatment to define the optimum position.In each case,the characteristics with casing treatment were compared to that with solidwall.The increases of operating efficiency in the flow without drops were observed.The results can be used as a guide for the selection of configurations in the casing treatment design
