超细 CaCO3 对丁羟复合固体推进剂燃烧及工艺性能的影响

摘要: 通过超级及市售CaCO3在低含量下(≤1%)对丁羟推进剂燃烧及工艺性能影响的研究,发现两种CaCO3均可提高推进剂的燃速,且随超细CaCO3含量增加,推进剂压强指数降低,与市售CaCO3相比,超细CaCO3的催化效率较高,但同时也使推进剂的工艺性能变差。

Abstract: The effect on combustion performance and technological property was studied with CaCO 3 Ultrafine Particles (UFP) and normal CaCO 3 contained in AP/Al/HTPB propellant.The result shows that CaCO 3 may increase the burning rate of the propellant when it’s content is not more than 1%,and the pressure exponent of propellant decrease with the content of CaCO 3 UFP increasing.Compared with the normal CaCO 3,CaCO 3 UFP has higher catalytic efficiency while it make the technological property of the propellant poor
