多斜孔壁冷却方式不同进气角度小孔内对流换热研究

摘要: 研究了多斜孔壁冷却方式中三种不同进气角度小孔内部对流的局部和平均换热情况。方法是相似理论指导下的实验研究。结果表明:三种进气角度的小孔在孔进口区的换热增强幅度都较大,并且在进口区不同位置增幅差别都很大;三种小孔在相对应的孔内位置上,换热增强差别亦很大。孔内雷诺数对换热增强幅度影响很大,孔内雷诺数越高,换热增强越大。

Abstract: The local and overall convective heat transfers inside small holes are investigated experimentally with three different inlet angles in the inclined multihole wall film cooling under the guidence of similarity method.The results demonstrate that the convective heat transfer intensifies greatly and varies in the region inside all the hole entrances.The enhancement of heat transfer varies greatly in the same position of three different holes.The results also reveal that the Renolds number of the hole has strong influence on the convective heat transfer and the higher Renolds number ,the more intensive convective heat transfer inside all the holes.
