摘要: 高氯酸羟胺(HAP)是一种用于推进剂的新型高能氧化剂。研究了树脂交联度和粒度对采用离子交换法合成HAP的影响,测定了HAP合成的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,在最佳条件下,HAP的收率可达99.54%,质量浓度为9.995%。通过在最佳条件下所做的洗脱曲线,对整个交换过程进行了讨论。

Abstract: Synthesis of hydroxylamine perchlorate(HAP)using ion exchange method has many advantages.The effects of the exchange resin’s crosslinkage and pearl size on synthesis of HAP were studied.The suitable exchanger was gel strong acidic cation exchange resin with 7% crosslinkage and a pearl size of 0 45 mm ̄0 56 mm.The optimum technological parameters for synthesis of HAP were determined.Under the optimum conditions,the yield of HAP was 99 45% and the concentration of HAP was 9 995% With the elution curve under the optimum conditions,the process was discussed.
